Who we are

At the Neurosurgery Division of Staten Island University Hospital, all of our neurosurgeons are certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons.  Our specialists are at the forefront of surgical and nonsurgical treatments and regularly contribute to significant advances in technology, education and research in the treatment of brain and spine conditions. And our relationship with the  allows us to offer exceptional cancer services and personalized plans for the best possible outcomes.

As part of Northwell Health, one of the New York metropolitan area’s largest providers of neurosurgical care, we are developing a network of specialists in the western region that work closely with other Northwell hospitals in the area. These include Lenox Hill Hospital, Lenox Health Greenwich Village and Manhattan Eye Ear & Throat Hospital (MEETH), all of which provide outstanding health care.
